Do you ever wonder when did you get so serious? Do you miss the good old days? Do you lack fun in your life? About half of Americans say they don’t have enough fun. Join me on a mission to prioritize fun in our lives and why the lack of fun is detrimental to our well-being. This weekly podcast pivots between solo episodes and guest interviews. I, either, talk about a fun activity that I did or explore ideas around why fun can be so elusive. I hope to inspire you to explore ways to incorporate more fun in your life.

Jenn Johnson learned more about intuition after listening to what her body was telling her. After years of nursing in the ER, she started feeling about what was going on with her patients before tests would clearly show the diagnosis. In this episode, Jenn shares some of the science behind intuition and how she started relying on her own experiences when caring for patients.
With all of her experience at the bedside, she also realized that she could use her intuition, that gut feeling we all get sometimes, to get her patients the care they need much more quickly than if she waited for lab and diagnostic tests to come back. Her colleagues respect her as she uses her intuition to quickly communicate with others to get patients treated before they become even worse off.
Jenn's book - Nursing Intuition, is finally here! . In the book, she will discuss the science behind using intuition and how she incorporates it into her patient care. Jenn has a wealth of information to share, and I cannot wait to read her book when it comes out. You can find Jenn at www.nursejenn.ca Check out her work!
